1) I saw 'The Last Station' - in addition to the fine acting, except,perhap=
s for the actress playing 'Masha', it was really interesting to see the 191=
0 versions of email (the telegraph), computers (old typewriter) and, yes, '=
papparazzi' - as the reporters maintain a constant position on Tolstoy's la=
wn, with cameras rolling, and take up outside the place where it is assumed=
he will soon 'depart' - hence, the name 'the last' station.

2) darn fine guitarist at BB Kings on Friday, the 19th - Steve Kimock, at 8=
